An is the SVP of Lending Products and Operations at Versara and Peerform. In this role, An manages aspects of the lending products and their profitability. An joined Versara from Citigroup, where he served as Vice President of Consumer and Small Business Lending. He has over 17 years of experience driving significant revenue growth through new product launches, process re-engineering and targeted customer acquisition and retention strategies. He has led the development and execution of new lending growth initiatives, including end-to-end management of new product launches, digital enhancements, sales activities, and services in key distribution channels. Prior to Citigroup, An was Product Analytics and Strategy Manager in the Consumer Products Group, U.S. Pharma Distribution, at McKesson Corporation. Previous to his role at McKesson, An served in a number of functional areas at Wells Fargo & Co., most recently as directing marketing and product manager in Business Direct Lending. An earned a BA from Hampshire College, where he was named a Harold F. Johnson Scholar, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Mikael Rapaport, Co-Founder, SVP of Lending Markets & IT Infrastructure
Mikael is the Co-Founder and SVP of Lending Markets and & IT Infrastructure at Peerform. Mikael works closely with the entire team to manage Peerform’ lending products. Mikael’s role involves fundraising, compliance and technology project management. Mikael held previous positions at Cantor Fitzgerald, ICAP North America and Bear Stearns in Credit Derivatives Structuring. Mikael holds a Master of Financial Engineering degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Catheryn Robinson, Director of Capital Markets Business Development
Catheryn has over 20 years of capital markets experience working with hedge funds and institutional investors finding solutions for investing, financing, and hedging needs utilizing cross asset derivatives and structured products. Catheryn joined Peerform in 2014 and is responsible for institutional investor relations. Prior to Peerform, Catheryn spent a decade helping businesses grow through capital raising for emerging managers and strategic human capital acquisition for global financial institutions and alternative investment management firms. Previously, Catheryn was with HSBC with a mandate to help build equity derivatives and structured products distribution and marketed Emerging Market cross asset derivatives to hedge funds for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Peregrine. Catheryn began her capital markets career as a market maker trading foreign exchange with JP Morgan based in Tokyo and New York. Catheryn graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Accounting.
