Bank Account Verification and Automatic Payments
You may verify your bank account by using one (1) of the methods set forth below:
1) Standard Bank Account Verification – If you choose to verify your bank account in two (2) to three (3) days, we will post a credit of less than $1.00 (the “Verification Credit”) to your designated bank account for verification purposes. After your account has been credited, return to this web site and go to the "My Account" section to verify the amount of the Verification Credit. You must timely verify your bank account after we post the Verification Credit or your loan application cannot proceed. The amount of the Verification Credit will be automatically debited from your bank account by no later than six (6) calendar days after the date on which it was posted to your account, generally, whether or not you successfully verify your bank account.
2) Yodlee Instant Bank Account Verification – It may be possible to verify your bank account instantly. If you choose to instantly verify your bank account, we will ask you to provide your online banking information. Peerform does not store this information. Please note that this service is currently only available when you first try to link your bank account to your Peerform account, and for the following banks: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, Capital One, HSBC, TD Bank N.A., PNC Bank, U.S. Bank, USAA Bank. If your first attempt to instantly verify your bank account is unsuccessful, for any reason whatsoever, you will not be permitted to reattempt instant bank account verification. You will be required to verify your bank account using the Standard Bank Account Verification method set forth above.
Note: You must verify your bank account in order to be eligible to receive a loan. You understand and acknowledge that the online banking information and/or Verification Credit we post is for the sole purpose of verifying your bank account and in no way represents or implies that your loan application has been, or will be, approved.
If your loan is funded, you hereby authorize Peerform, Inc., as the loan servicer on your loan from Cross River Bank, to initiate electronic funds transfers from your designated account listed above for monthly repayments on your loan. EACH MONTH, THE DEBIT AMOUNT WILL BE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT. ANY FEES AUTHORIZED TO BE CHARGED ON YOUR LOAN MAY BE COLLECTED USING ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS INITIATED BY US FROM YOUR DESIGNATED ACCOUNT. IF SUCH FEES ARE ASSESSED ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY WILL BE DEBITED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT.
You understand this authorization will remain in effect until your loan is paid in full or you notify us or your financial institution of its termination, taking into consideration the necessary time required by Peerform, Inc. and your financial institution to implement the change. You may elect to revoke your authorization for future electronic funds transfers at any time but, if you do so, you will be required to make all monthly loan payments by personal check DRAWN ON A CHECKING ACCOUNT IN YOUR NAME, for the duration of your loan, or until you again authorize automatic payments to be debited from your verified bank account, whichever occurs first. You will incur a Check Processing Fee of $15.00 for each monthly loan payment you elect to make by check. Approval of your loan is NOT conditioned on your agreement to remit payment to us by automatic electronic funds transfer from your bank account. Please refer to your Loan Agreement for more details about a revocation of this authorization.
